• • There are a total of 12 counters located throughout Tirumala. You can go to any nearby counter. The list of counters is provided below.

• • Counter Hours: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. (Better to arrive before 9 p.m.). Due to high demand, counters may close early even after issuing the waitlist.

• • Rooms are only available for one day and cannot be extended.

• • ID must be presented at the counter.

• • Following registration, you will be assigned a room number. In essence, you will be placed on a waiting list.

• • When someone vacates a room, it is given to the next person on the waitlist. As a result, allotment occurs automatically whenever a room becomes available.

• • After the allotment, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided when registering for the room.

• • You must report to the respective cottage reception within 30 minutes of receiving the SMS to check in to your room. Otherwise, no room will be assigned.

• • It currently takes 5-6 hours to get rooms offline.

1. 1. For Tirumala, Room booking Click this link and log in with your mobile number and OTP – https://online.tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in/transaction-history

      • • If you don’t have a darshan ticket with this mobile number then  Click on ” Book Accommodation” which is in the right side.

 

• • If you have an Rs.300 special entry darshan ticket with this mobile number, then click on the “Book Accommodation” hyperlink beside your ticket.

3. Agree to the terms and conditions.

4. Select date, time slot, cost, number of persons, state and check box. Click on continue.

5. In the next screen

• • if you have an Rs.300 ticket linked to that mobile number then details of 2 pilgrims will be automatically filled in, just click continue.

• • If you don’t have a darshan ticket under that mobile number, fill in your details and continue.

6. Finally you will get a payment screen. Pay and book it.

Devotees who book their accommodation online can scan their room allotment receipts at the Alipiri tollgate, Alipiri pathway, and Srivari mettu pathway. After scanning your receipt, your room will be assigned by the time you arrive in Tirumala. Room allocation information will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number used during the booking process. You can obtain the room keys by going directly to the sub-inquiry office of the assigned cottage.

How To Book Multiple Rooms or Rooms For Multiple Days In Tirumala?

If you have a large group and need separate rooms, or if you need to book two rooms or a room for several days in Tirumala. Try booking from different phone numbers and ID Proofs so that you can book multiple rooms or for multiple days.

Example scenarios :

Scenario 1: Assume four pilgrims are coming for darshan and require two separate rooms.

• • If you want to book Rs.300 special entry darshan tickets, do so separately using two different mobile numbers, each with two members. Then you can book two rooms using two different mobile numbers.
  • If you have already booked four darshan tickets with a single mobile number, use that mobile number to book one room, and it will take the first two members’ details by default. Use any other mobile number that does not have a darshan booking and book a room by providing the remaining two people’s ID proof information.

Scenario 2: Assume two pilgrims are coming for darshan and require one room for two days.

• • For day one, use a mobile number and provide Aadhar details for two people before booking a room.

• • Day 2: Use another mobile number, provide the voter ID details for two people, and book a room. Because the same Aadhar card cannot be used within 30 days, use a Voter ID Card instead.

Scenario 3: Assume four pilgrims are coming for darshan and require one room for two days.

• • For day one, use a mobile number and provide Aadhar details for two people before booking a room. All four people can share a room.

• • For day 2, use a different phone number, provide the aadhar details of another two people, and book another room. All four people can share a room.

Scenario 4: Assume four pilgrims are coming for darshan and require two rooms per day for two days (Total 4 rooms for 2 days)

• • For day -1, use mobile number 1 and give 2 people’s aadhar details to book room 1; for day-2, use mobile number 2 and give the other 2 people’s aadhar details to book room 2.

• • For day 2, use mobile number 3 and give two people’s voter ID details to book room-3, and then use another mobile number and give the other two people’s voter ID details to book room-4.

Is Tirumala Room Extension Possible?

An extension is not possible, you can use the above-mentioned trick to book for the next day.

If you only have one room available online, don’t worry; you can take additional rooms offline if they are available. Request a room at any offline room allotment counters after arriving in Tirumala.
