Location and Directions

The Tirumala Toll Gate Entrance is located at the foot of the Tirumala hill in the town of Alipiri. It is the main entrance for vehicles travelling to Tirumala, and is situated around 22 km from the city of Tirupati.

If you are travelling by car or bus, you can easily reach the entrance by following the National Highway 716, which connects Tirupati with Tirumala. Alternatively, you can also hire a taxi or take a local bus from Tirupati to the Tirumala Toll Gate Entrance.

4 a.m. to 10 p.m. for two-wheelers
3 AM to 12 PM for buses and cars

Fees

All vehicles entering Tirumala through the Toll Gate Entrance are required to pay a fee. The fee varies depending on the type of vehicle you are travelling in. Here are the current fees:

  • Cars, Jeeps, Vans: Rs. 50
  • Mini Buses: Rs. 100
  • Buses: Rs. 200
  • Heavy Vehicles: Rs. 200
