Can we cancel Tirumala accommodation?


Yes, you can cancel your Tirumala accommodation. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), which manages the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, allows pilgrims to cancel their accommodation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

If you cancel your accommodation within 48 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. If you cancel your accommodation after 48 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, you will not be refunded.

You can cancel your accommodation online or through the TTD app. When you cancel your accommodation, you will need to provide your booking number and your Aadhaar number.

Here are the steps on how to cancel your Tirumala accommodation online:

  1. Go to the TTD website.
  2. Click on the “Accommodation” tab.
  3. Enter your booking number and your Aadhaar number.
  4. Click on the “Cancel Accommodation” button.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the cancellation process.
