Tirumala Darshan

Tirumala is one of the most popular and revered pilgrimage sites in India. Located in the state of Andhra Pradesh, it is home to the Sri Venkateswara Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, a form of Lord Vishnu. Millions of devotees from all over the world visit Tirumala every year to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara and offer their prayers.

The temple offers various sevas or services to devotees, including the Rs. 300 ticket seva. This seva is one of the most sought-after services among devotees, as it allows them to have a hassle-free and quick darshan of Lord Venkateswara without standing in long queues.

The Rs. 300 ticket seva was introduced in 2012 by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) board, which manages the temple. The seva allows devotees to book a slot for darshan at a specific time, which helps to avoid the long waiting hours that can last for hours during peak pilgrimage season.

The TTD tickets can be booked online through the official website of TTD or at the temple counter. The devotee needs to provide their name, address, and ID proof details while booking the ticket. The Rs. 300 ticket includes the special darshan, a laddu prasadam, and a small packet of tulsi leaves.

The special darshan for the Rs. 300 ttd tickets holders is a shorter route that leads them to the main sanctum where Lord Venkateswara resides. It takes only a few minutes for the devotees to have darshan and offer their prayers. The temple staff ensures that the darshan is conducted smoothly and without any inconvenience to the devotees.

The introduction of the Rs. 300 TTD tickets seva has been a boon for many devotees who cannot afford to spend long hours standing in queues due to various reasons like age, health conditions, or work commitments. It has also helped to reduce the rush at the temple and improve the overall temple management.
