VIP Break Darshan Tickets and Timings – Procedure for L1, L2 and L3 VIP Break Darshan

VIP Break Darshan tickets for Tirumala allow for a faster, more efficient darshan (viewing) of the deity at the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, India. These tickets are typically more expensive than regular darshan tickets, but they provide a shorter wait time and a more exclusive experience. VIP Break Darshan Tickets and Timings

  • Cost of VIP Break Darshan at Tirumala Tirupati: 500 rupees per person.
  • VIP Break Darshan Timings: 6 am every day, Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun.
  • High recommendation letters might not be taken into account on Saturday and Sunday as it will be very crowded.
  • Including waiting time, the total Darshan time will be between 2 hours 30 minutes and 3 hours.
  • In Tirumala, T.T.D. typically cancels break Darshan when the crowd level is high.

Types of VIP Break Darshan at Tirumala

There is VIP Break Darshan available in Tirumala. It is beneficial to receive Darshan free from interference from Swamy Vari Sevaks. Tirupati VIP Break Darshan was divided into three levels, commonly known as L1, L2, and L3.

This category includes

L1 – VVIP officials, such as judges, higher-ranked government officials, and politically powerful groups.

L2 – T.T.D Employees & Family members and Next level of officials.

L3 – Any type of Recommendation Letter that is not directly related to L1 and L2 falls under this Category. For L3 darshan, the Line will be crowded. It is a quick darshan.

Benefits of L1 Darshan

  • Harathi, Theertham, and Line movement will be slow for L1 Break Darshan, and they will be allowed to stay in front of the Idol for some time.
  • There will be no pushing or pulling. Darshan usually takes 45 minutes to 50 minutes on the L1 line.

Benefits of L2 Darshan

  • Harathi is available for L2, and the line will be smooth.
  • There will be no pushing or pulling. Darshan will take 30 – 45 minutes on the L2 line.

Break Darshan Procedure

VIP Break L2 Darshan for T.T.D Employee and family members

  • T.T.D family members should carry the ID card with family members’ photos imprinted on the back.

VIP Break L3 Darshan for Recommendation Letters

  • Recommendation letters should be addressed to The Executive Office or Joint-Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, Tirumala, from M.L.A, M.P, ministers, higher Cadre Officials, T.T.D Employees, and so on. Declare the Darshan as VIP Break Darshan.
  • At the J.E.O. camp office, along with the Recommendation Letter, one should provide fingerprints and an active mobile number. and a photocopy of one’s ID should be submitted.
  • Letters received after 12 p.m. will be processed for the next day Darshan.
  • If the recommendation letter is accepted, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number that evening.
  • Pilgrim should present SMS and Photo ID proof at MBC 34 after receiving the SMS.
  • Because tickets will be issued using a biometric system (fingerprints), they will be non-transferable.
  • Please keep in mind that darshan timings are not subject to cancellation or postponement. If you miss the darshan slot, you must reapply for the ticket.

Break Darshan Dress Code

Male: White Pancha, Dhoti / White Kurta, PyJama
Female: Saree with Blose/ Punjabi Dress with Dupatta / Chudidhar with Dupatta/ Half Saree ( Langa Voni).

What if you don’t receive an SMS?

1. When you submit your letter to the J.E.O Camp office, you will be given a Reference Number for letter acceptance and enrollment.

2. If the SMS is not received in time, you can check at J.E.O Camp by 5:30 pm, and if no one is available at the J.E.O Camp Office, you can check for Break Darshan status at the MBC 34 counter itself.

Note : Categorization of VIP Break Darshan into L1 , L2 and L3 has been cancelled from 17/07/2019.
