Srinivasam Complex Tirupati, TTD Accommodation Booking and Facilities

Srinivasam Complex is TTD’s largest pilgrim accommodation facility in Tirupati city, distinct from Tirumala-hill accommodation, with approximately 410 rooms located directly opposite the APSRTC Central Bus Stand. It is designed for pilgrims arriving in Tirupati by bus or train who plan to travel up to Tirumala the next day. Booking is done through the official TTD portal in advance, and the complex includes a free locker facility, on-site bank counter, medical dispensary, and ample parking.

Room categories and tariffs

• Non-AC rooms, Rs. 200 per night (basic, attached bathroom, fan, two beds)
• AC rooms, Rs. 400 to Rs. 600 per night depending on block and floor

Rooms include standard bedding, an attached bathroom with hot water (geyser), wardrobe space, and a writing desk. Some AC rooms in newer blocks include a microwave, fridge, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee, tariff varies accordingly.

How to book

1. Log in or register on ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in with the head pilgrim’s mobile number.
2. Select Accommodation, then Tirupati, then Srinivasam Complex.
3. Pick your date and room category. Available inventory is shown live.
4. Enter every pilgrim’s full name and government-issued photo ID number. The head of the group must be 18+.
5. Pay through UPI, debit card or net banking. Save the booking confirmation PDF.

Advance booking is open up to 60 days ahead. Daily release of fresh inventory typically happens at 11:00 AM IST and weekend dates can sell out within the same day.

Check-in window and reporting

The check-in slot you select at booking is a reporting time. If you arrive within six hours of the selected slot, the room is allotted for a 24-hour period from that point. If you arrive later than six hours past the slot, allotment is at TTD’s discretion and may not be honoured, the booking fee is not refunded in either case.

Carry: two printouts of the confirmation slip, the original photo ID of every pilgrim listed on the booking, and proof of darshan plan (Sarva Darshan token or Special Entry Darshan ticket) if requested at the counter.

The 24-hour “cancellation window” mentioned on some third-party hotel aggregators applies to those aggregators’ bookings, not to TTD-portal bookings.

How Srinivasam compares to other TTD city accommodation

Srinivasam, Madhavam, and Vishnu Nivasam are TTD’s three main pilgrim complexes in Tirupati city. Differences worth knowing before booking:

• Srinivasam, opposite APSRTC bus stand, largest inventory, suits pilgrims arriving by bus from anywhere in AP / Karnataka / Tamil Nadu.
• Madhavam (Madhavam Guest House), closer to Tirupati Railway Station, AC and non-AC, smaller inventory, suits train arrivals.
• Vishnu Nivasam, also near the railway station, more AC inventory, often used by larger family groups.

If your inbound is the railway station, Madhavam or Vishnu Nivasam are usually a better fit. Srinivasam’s strength is bus-stand proximity.

Can I book Srinivasam from the same login as Tirumala accommodation? Yes, both are on the same TTD portal under Accommodation. Tirupati city accommodation and Tirumala hill accommodation are separate listings, but the login and pilgrim records are shared.

Is there a free TTD bus from Srinivasam to Tirumala? Yes. TTD operates free shuttle buses from Srinivasam complex to the Alipiri Tollgate Bus Station and up to Tirumala, with frequencies posted at the complex front desk. The shuttle is bookable on a first-come-first-served basis at the complex bus point.

What if my room is not ready at the reporting time? The TTD information desk at Srinivasam handles delayed allotments; show the confirmation slip and wait for an SMS update. In practice, on weekdays, rooms are typically ready within 30 minutes of reporting; on weekend mornings, the wait can extend to one or two hours.
